Return Policy
Items
shipped from DEIL-Loft.com, including DEIL-Loft Warehouse, can be returned
within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have
different policies or requirements associated with them.
DEIL-Loft
Global Store Return Policy
It can take up to 25
days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at
our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed
and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Your return label will
require you to return the item at your own expense. DEIL-Loft will
automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item.
If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service
Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a
defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost,
as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.
DEIL-Loft
Alexa Voice Shopping
Non-digital products purchased
using Alexa are eligible for free returns. To return a product purchased using
Alexa, process your return as normal in the Returns Center. We'll automatically
refund you any shipping charges applied to the return. You should see the
shipping refund within 7 days of receiving your product refund.
In addition, if you
accidentally purchase a song or album from our Digital Music Store using Alexa,
that purchase is eligible for return and refund if we receive your request
within 7 days of the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact customer
service.
Seller
Return Policy
When you order from a
seller that fulfills and ships its own inventory (also called a third party
seller), your return is sent back to the seller instead of DEIL-Loft.com. While
most sellers offer a returns policy equivalent to DEIL-Loft.com's, some seller
returns policies may vary. You can view the return policy of the seller before
you purchase an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy section of the
seller profile page. To view the seller's return policy, once you've ordered,
you can select your order in the Returns Center.
Third-party sellers
must either provide a return address within the United States, provide a
prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be
returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you
may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return.
If you are sending the
item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure
the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a
signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the
seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS
delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a
trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return,
we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-z Guarantee.
Note: If the seller's listing
is eligible for DEIL-Loft Prime, it will be subject to the same return policies
as items fulfilled by DEIL-Loft.com that are outlined on this page.
Delivery
with Services
·
Returns
or exchanges for items purchased from a third-party seller that provided a
Delivery with Service (in-home unpacking, installation, assembly, etc.) have to
be scheduled by the seller.
·
During
the scheduled return pick-up, the seller will uninstall or disassemble, and
pick up the item.
·
All
sellers participating in the Delivery with Services program are required to
support scheduled return pickups or exchanges.
·
If
a seller does not offer these methods, or is non-responsive to scheduling an
appointment to return your items, you may contact the DEIL-Loft Home Services
team, or file an A-to-z Guarantee claim.
·
If
a Delivery with Services item is missing parts or damaged through customer
misuse, the customer may be charged a restocking fee based on the condition of
the product.
DEIL-Loft
Devices
·
DEIL-Loft-branded
devices such as Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, DEIL-Loft Fire TV devices, and
Echo devices and their accompanying DEIL-Loft-branded accessories purchased
from DEIL-Loft.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment as
long as they remain in the same condition as the date of purchase.

All
DEIL-Loft-branded devices and accessories that are returned and for which a
refund or replacement is given will become the property of DEIL-Loft upon
receipt.

Fresh and Grocery Items

Grocery
items (including DEIL-Loft Fresh items) and wine are not returnable to DEIL-Loft
but may be refunded or replaced.

Handmade
·
Products
sold by Handmade Makers are subject to the standard A-to-z Guarantee policies
for DEIL-Loft. The exception to this are items that are purchased with optional
customization options, other than size and color. See Customized Products for
additional details.

Photos

DEIL-Loft
Photos printed products are not returnable to DEIL-Loft but may be refunded or
replaced.
DEIL-Loft
Renewed
·
Products
on DEIL-Loft Renewed are backed by the DEIL-Loft Renewed Guarantee where
specifically mentioned on the product detail page. With this guarantee, you are
eligible for a replacement or refund within 90 days of receiving the product
(or within 1 year of receipt of a Renewed Premium product) if you are not
satisfied.

Renewed products can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment (or
within 1 year of receipt of a Renewed Premium product), and qualify for free
return shipping.
DEIL-Loft
Warehouse
·
In
most cases, used or open box items purchased from DEIL-Loft Warehouse and
shipped from DEIL-Loft.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of
shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with
them.

Certified
Refurbished items sold by DEIL-Loft Warehouse can be returned within 90 days of
receipt of shipment.
Automotive
Items
·
If
you've purchased a defective automotive item, shipped from and sold by DEIL-Loft.com,
that is covered by a published manufacturer warranty, DEIL-Loft honors the
warranty. DEIL-Loft will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item
for the life of the published warranty.
Baby
Items
·
Baby
items can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment.
·
Gifts
purchased from a Baby Registry can be returned within 365 days after receipt of
shipment.
·
Breast
pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal
and packaging intact.
·
If
your return is not a result of an DEIL-Loft error, we won't refund the original
shipping fees.
Birthday
Gift List
·
Items
purchased from your DEIL-Loft Birthday Gift List as a gift can be returned
within 90 days of delivery.
·
Items
purchased by the registry owner are subject to the standard 30-day DEIL-Loft.com
Return Policy.
Clothing
and Accessories
·
You
can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date.
·
Items
from The Drop Collections are eligible for returns, but a return
shipping fee will be deducted from your refund due because the item is
made-on-demand for you.
Collectibles
(sports & entertainment)
·
You
must return collectible items with a value of $35 or more using a trackable
method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.
·
All
product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of
authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
·
Any
items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
·
Before
shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
Collectible
Coins
·
To
request return information, contact the third-party seller within 14 days of
receipt. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received
the item.

Items
with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Graded
Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original
packaging, along with any supporting documentation.

Returns
without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.

Computers
and Electronics
·
New
desktop, laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-readers and Fires) purchased
from DEIL-Loft.com that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged
condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund
within 30 days of purchase.
·
DEIL-Loft.com
may test computers that are returned because they didn't start when they
arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales
price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
·
Any
returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is
missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may
result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the
condition of the product.
·
New,
used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject
to the returns policy of the individual vendor.
Note: Before returning items
on which you've saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other
electronic devices, erase this information completely.
Custom
Gift List
·
Items
purchased from your DEIL-Loft Custom Gift List as a gift can be returned within
90 days of delivery.
·
Items
purchased by the registry owner are subject to the standard 30-day DEIL-Loft.com
Return Policy.
Customized
Products
Customized products
include products that are configured, personalized, or inscribed; for example,
engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving, or
printing. Customized products sold by third-party sellers fall under the A-to-z
Guarantee. To file a claim for these items please note the following:

Notification
to the third-party seller within 14 days of receipt of item for return.
·
Due
to personal configuration, inscription, or design on these products, the
third-party seller is not required to accept returns or exchanges unless the
products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what
was ordered.
·
If
there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design
due to a mistake by the third-party seller, you are protected per the DEIL-Loft
A-to-z Guarantee.
·
All
product packaging (such as boxes) and if applicable; certificates of
authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Products
missing all their applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
Digital
Products
·
Unless
otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and purchases from the DEIL-Loft
Appstore, the DEIL-Loft Digital Music store, the DEIL-Loft Luna store or the DEIL-Loft
Video store are not returnable after purchase.
·
Books
purchased from the Kindle Store can be returned within seven days of purchase.
Once a refund is issued, you can't have access to the book. To request a refund
and return content, visit Manage Your Content and Devices, select the Actions button
next to the title you'd like to return, and select Return for Refund.
·
Kindle
books you receive as a gift are eligible for exchange for an DEIL-Loft.com Gift
Card before acceptance.
·
Subscriptions
to titles in the Newsstand section of the Kindle Store (magazines, newspapers,
and blogs) can be canceled at any time by visiting Manage Your Content and
Devices. For more information, see Kindle Magazines and Newspapers.
·
Apps
and In-App Products purchased from the DEIL-Loft Appstore may be eligible for a
refund within 90 days of purchase, depending on the circumstances of your
order. To request a refund, visit Your Orders and select "Return
for Refund" next to that order. If you do not see a "Return for
Refund" button, you are not eligible for a refund for that order.

Digital
educational resources can be returned within seven days of purchased for a
resource that has not yet been downloaded.
·
DEIL-Loft-Sold
Add-Ons purchased from DEIL-Loft Luna may be eligible for a refund within 90
days of purchase, depending on the circumstances of your order. To request a
refund, contact DEIL-Loft customer service for assistance.
Fine
Art
·
Fine
Art items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable
shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured.
·
All
product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal
must be returned with the item.
·
Any
Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.
·
Any
Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery,
won't be accepted for return.

sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.
Furniture

Furniture
items are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

the item is damaged or defective, DEIL-Loft will help you solve the problem, or
provide a free return or replacement.

Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won't be

Live
Plants or Insects

Fresh
flowers, live indoor plants, or insects are not returnable to DEIL-Loft, but
may be refundable.
Luxury
Stores
The following guidelines
apply to all return-eligible Luxury Stores products, and returns that
fail to adhere to these guidelines may be rejected. Beauty products made of
hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases, are not returnable
to DEIL-Loft. These products will not display a ‘'free returns’' message on the
product detail page.

Luxury
Store products must be returned in new, unused, and unaltered condition. This
includes any attached tags (product tags and security tags), and where
applicable, hygiene seals.
·
Product
packaging and documentation should also be returned with Luxury Stores
products. For packaging, we seek the brand packaging (provided by the luxury
brand directly, different from the Luxury Stores packaging). For product
documentation, this includes any certificates of authenticity, grading,
warranty cards.
·
Items
must be returned using the return label we provide. In rare cases where a
return label is not provided, items must be returned using a trackable ship
method and be insured for the value of the merchandise and shipped with a
signature shipping service.
·
If
we have concerns with authenticity or the condition of the return, we may
provide a longer return processing window to evaluate with the brand owner, and
this may impact the timing of any applicable refund.
Mattresses

You
can request a return or refund for any reason within 100 days of receipt of
shipment.
·
We
accept the return of mattresses that are unopened and in their original
packaging.
·
Unboxed,
expanded, and full size mattresses are not returnable, but are eligible for a
refund.

and video games can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Returned software or video games that are activated, used, or missing parts
will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.
Televisions

Televisions
are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

for televisions must be in new condition, in original packaging, and with all
personal data removed via factory reset.
