1. Receipt Uploads

All sales receipts must be uploaded via the dedicated links provided to each outlet.

- Purpose: Ensures accurate sales tracking and documentation.
- Note: Uploads must be completed before restocking, transfers to other outlets, or taking leave.

2. Money Remittance

All sales funds must be remitted to the company’s assigned bank account without exception.

- Purpose: Allows managers to maintain clear and accurate financial records.
- Note: Remittance confirmation is also required before restocking, outlet changes, or leave.

3. Stocking & Sales Logging

All sold items must be clearly recorded on your official receipt template.

- Purpose: Reinforces professionalism and prevents stock discrepancies.
- Note: Proper logging is a precondition for restocking and other managerial privileges.

4. Commissions

A separate commission form is used for tracking earnings.

- Action: Your respective director will guide you on how the commission system works.

5. Monthly Survey Participation

Please complete the staff survey link at least once a month.

- Purpose: Allows us to gather valuable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Your voice helps us grow smarter.
